We’ve created a collection of five holiday-inspired recipes that are as simple to make as they are impressive. From crispy bites to comforting classics, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Let’s dive into these festive dishes!

Parm-Crusted Salmon with Crispy Leeks

Looking for a show-stopping main dish? This Parm-Crusted Salmon with Crispy Leeks is a crunchy, flavorful centerpiece that will wow your holiday guests.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz fillet of Bluehouse Salmon
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (or Panko)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Neutral oil for frying
  • Black pepper and kosher salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg and water, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  2. Heat 2-3 inches of oil in a skillet to 350°F.
  3. Season the salmon with salt, coat in flour, dip in egg wash, and then cover in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Fry the salmon until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Teriyaki Salmon Bites

These Teriyaki Salmon Bites are the ultimate holiday appetizer – quick to make, bursting with flavor, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Bluehouse Salmon, cubed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper and salt, to taste
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or agave)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Fresh lime, squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and chili paste

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon cubes with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and garlic-chili paste for the marinade.
  3. Air fry the salmon at 390°F for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve with a side salad of cucumbers and peppers, topped with everything bagel seasoning and a drizzle of marinade.

Festive Spicy Salmon Bowl

  • 50 g cucumber
  • 45 g edamame
  • 25 g red radish
  • 60 g pomegranate arils
  • Base: chopped broccoli, mashed sweet potato, or sushi rice

Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped salmon with sriracha mayo.
  2. Assemble a base of your choice (greens or sushi rice) and add colorful toppings like cucumber, edamame, and radish.
  3. Place spicy salmon in the center, and top with fresh sashimi slices.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate arils for a festive touch.

Pan-Seared Salmon with Cranberry Sauce

Bring sweet and savory together with this Pan-Seared Salmon topped with homemade cranberry sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Bluehouse Salmon
  • 1.5 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Rosemary and 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, boil water and sugar, then add cranberries. Cook on low-medium heat until a sauce forms.
  2. Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in olive oil. Cook skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, flip, and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  3. Plate and top with cranberry sauce.

Comfort food gets a festive twist with these crispy, flavorful Salmon and Dill Fishcakes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Bluehouse Salmon
  • 1 medium potato, mashed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Fresh dill and green onion, chopped
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Roast salmon, then flake into a bowl.
  2. Mix mashed potato, dill, green onion, mayo, and mustard. Add flaked salmon and egg, and form into patties.
  3. Fry until golden brown, then bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Serve with lemon-dill dipping sauce for a delicious meal everyone will love.
