Celebrating AAPI Cuisine!
This month we are celebrating the rich flavors and traditions of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month in 2024! We aim to highlight the vibrant flavors found in AAPI cuisine, while also showing the versatility of our Bluehouse Salmon in these cultural dishes. At Bluehouse, we understand that food is not only about consumption but about storytelling, connection, and celebration.
In partnership with influencers who are passionate about sharing their heritage through food, we plan to highlight authentic AAPI flavors. We are excited to explore the fusion of flavors of AAPI food through Bluehouse Salmon. Our salmon serves as the perfect canvas to explore the array of techniques and ingredients that AAPI cultures utilize in their cooking. From tangy ingredients like soy and rice vinegar to sweeter flavors such as coconut and oyster sauce, our recipes will showcase the versatility and richness of AAPI culinary traditions.
We feel that it is important to celebrate the role that Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders have played in our history by highlighting the amazing flavor combinations they have created and shared. This month let’s experience the flavors of our Bluehouse Salmon by paying tribute to the rich cultures and traditions that make up the AAPI community. Through food we hope to celebrate diversity and foster understanding within the AAPI community.
